well, this is the closest to "green smoothies" here- today's: blender 3/4-full w/kale,spinach,chard & 1 orange, 1 c. frozen strawberries, 1/2 frozen banana, 2 carrots, protein powder, 2 c. cold water

Addicted to raw kale salads with yellow peppers, nutritional yeast, pumpkin seeds and tahini-lemon dressing.

Thanks to my boss I made kale chips tonight :) yea!!!
