Got my laptop back after its harddrive crashed it got replaced with a smaller 1 so it sucks. I hav 2 download all my programs too. :p sigh....

Ugh. More pc troubles. Smh... Will have to wait a couple more weeks until I can afford to bring it to the shop to be fixed. :-(

Jennifer Maher I couldn't say. When mine dies, I will probably take it to the used pc store I bought my first laptop from. They should be able to fix and resell it. Or at least use it for parts. ... Hopefully mine is still able to be fixed. I'll be bringing it to a local shop.

SheGeek @aChildofChaos it won't get passed the startup screen. It keeps asking me to insert the reboot disk then when I do it just keeps asking and not going passed the startup screen :(

Charles Roy Williamson Your disc drive is still good. You should have created a boot disc/jump drive to boot off of in this case. They are easy to make. All you may have to do is a scan disc and it may correct what is wrong.

Nelly/Bud Didn't mean it was cool your laptop overheated. I hit button to reply and hit cool before i realized what i did.Mine overheats when plugged into the charger and all i do is turn the charger up on it's side till it cools down. -
Mommy3g @Nellybud Wish that would work for ours. It usually overheated when watching videos. It will do it other times sometimes but trying to a tv show pointer will make it overheat. It sucks.
