Heddr Joy...I avoid sugar alot. I have type II diabetes that I developed after the weight gain, I am normally thin. At only five feet any weight shows on you. I also only allow myself one regular soda a day, the rest is diet rite pure zero. I have a small appetite so I eat about one meal a day and really no snacks. I keep full on liquids.

Bought my Dad A big bag for Christmas. Haven't wrapped em yet which is temptin me even more to rip em open & eat a few. We all know a few will turn into the whole damn bag. HELP!
