Lions usually spend most of their time resting and inactive for about 20 hours per day. Lions can be active at anytime, when Lions are active its usually after dusk with sometime grooming, socializing, and defecating. Intermittent burst of activity are at night hours until morning, when hunting takes place mostly at night. Lions spend an average of two hours a day walking and 50 minutes of eating!

When lions eat you usually don't have to worry about them attacking or bothering u because they have lost all energy and have to sleep to regain strength!

fact: there are more lions in captivity than the wild. though caring for them ensures they won't become extinct it's not natural, they deserve to be free on what little land they have left. we need... more
