Have lime oil in my diffuser bowl, such an uplifting and invigorating scent, smells like summer.

I have ten different oils. I use about three of them on a daily basis. This blend called Panaway works wonders in my neck pain. It contains wintergreen, clove, peppermint and helichrysum.

Used Peppermint and Panaway oils tonight for headache and neck pain...they worked almost instantly! Took all the pain away that aspirin, ibuprofen, Sudafed, a muscle relaxer and Maxalt did not.

Hmmm, my grocery store sells eukalyptis (spelled it wrong on purpose, R.! Hahaha!) and avocado oil. Might have to try them! Bet they'd be great in shampoo!
