Delly NOH8 Our government is mighty sneaky. Dallas & Memphis and a whole lot more can be attributed to them! I guess I have always been a non fan of it!

I don't know why, but I just got to thinking about Martin Luther King. I wonder what he would say about iPhones and if he would have one if he was still alive!

Imagine, if MLK Jr had lived...all that he would've accomplished...

Raebaby *Evil Goddess of the Glue* He accomplished a lot after his death, it was the turning point of the Civil Rights Movement. He was one of the most polarizing figures in the Movement. Two others were just as polarizing: Stokey Carmichael and Malcolm X. Had Dr King lived, it would have taken longer to achieve what came to be "Civil Rights" at that time. His "I have a dream" speech was the speech of the century. I remember it well. In his death, it galvanized people into action. From that we have Affirmative Action. At the time, "civil rights" may have been passed, but now they could not discriminate because of race. The time for Affirmative Action is long past, they should remove it, now it is not as it was then. He was a leader and a good one...But in death i believe more was accomplished. it pissed everyone off.
