Meatball subs with mozzarella & marinara sauce. Did I spell that right?

Frozen meatballs in the crock pot with grape jelly and cocktail sauce (I know it sounds gross but super yummy). I usually make it for parties but my daughter wanted it.

This is my thing. And here is how it's done. Meatball medley/ meatloaf medley mix. This is a combination of veal, pork, and beef. Hot Italian sausage, remove from casing, combine with medley. Add eggs, fresh ground bread crumbs, fresh parsley, chopped onions and garlic. Black pepper, garlic powder. I don't add salt, there's loads of it in the meats. I par bake my balls of love in the oven, using convection feature, they brown faster. Upon completion, they are removed, and immediately placed in sauce. Simmering for an hour. Deeeeeeelish!!!!

We had these lastnight and I got terribly sick...of course I didn't feel too good before I ate them. I knew I shouldn't have!!
