Every time I talk to my husband about his family I wonder over and over if they will accept me or think I'm good enough for him! I guess that's one (& for me the ONLY) down fall to "mixed" marriages. I've met "mom" and love her dearly, but I still wonder.....SMH you would think after 14 years together I would know the answer to these questions (more than wrote here)! Oh well....one day I will know. As for me they are my familia, therefore I love them dearly!! .....Now I've got that "out" maybe I can sleep!!

I've been to Mexico more than any other nation outside of my own and it's never even been my intention to go (except once). I just wind up there. I think the convo in my head goes like this:
"whatcha gonna do today."
"ionno."
"let's go to Mexico."
"alright."
Clearly, my internal dialogue is more Bill & Ted than it is Kerouac, but you get the picture. Granted, the US borders it but I'm not close. Canada is closer and I've only been there twice.
