Re: Annual Supermoon (New York City) I admire performers (in or out of this world) that could put on a show in such an effortless, low-key manner; that sort of feat certainly requires talent.

Well, it's cloudy, but from what I can see, the moon is slightly bigger looking than normal. Apparently I needed to see it as its near the horizon...chances are I'll be awake still when it sets... more

I can't believe it has been cloudy & rainy all day & night when we are having a super moon. I can feel the energy, like many others, yet I can't see the damn moon! So frustrating. At least I got to see an okay picture of it on Twitter. Maybe the clouds will clear up after I take my shower. Crossing my fingers!

Absolutely stunning! So grateful for the clear skies tonight so I can fully appreciate Supermoon's beautiful, bright glory. I can actually make out the craters without my telescope :)

It made me wonder just how a moon that's surface is dust and rocks could be so brilliantly reflective.
