I messed it up. I was sitting my time between making cheese and watching football. I overheated the curds and they dissolved. A waste of time and a valuable lesson learned. I hate when I mess up. I'm salvaging most of it and making ricotta.

Hubby and are going to make this on Sunday for pizzas!
