Just had my own self-made nacho supreme. Damn, that was good.

Jin Refried Beans (canned version is fine)
Guacamole
Shredded cheese (Mexican four-cheese is great)
Sour cream
Any salsa you like
Of course, tortilla chips (I prefer restaurant style)
optional: add whatever toppings you like. Olives, ground beef, lettuce, whatever.
Get a plate. Throw down some of those awesome chips. Slap in some refried beans, then add some shredded cheese. Chuck it in the microwave and put 2 mins high power or until cheese are melting. When done, shoot a web at it and pull it out. Add guacamole, then salsa, center that creamy sour cream. Enjoy. -

Graduation party is tomorrow so I'm pre cooking nachos and pinto beans . Pork shoulder roast is cooking in Red chili sauce..... Needless to say cooking for 30+ is tiring and time consuming

Daughter is happy, she thinks she's eating junk food for dinner, what she doesn't know is that instead of salsa and refried beans, mum mashed up red kidney beans, corn, tomatoes etc LOL! I'm sneaky... more
