I am a Nintendo fan for life, and have been since birth. ;) My mum had the NES, my sister has the N64 & the Wii, and I have the Wii, DS Lite, and want the Wii U! I remember sitting and watching my mum and sister play on the NES or N64. I think my mum actually completed Super Mario on the NES like six or seven times when I was a kid. :')

Their customer service helped me figure out the reason my wifi wasn't working on anything! XD I had the password wrong, herpderp. Wiiiii!

I have had really good experience with Nintendo customer service over the years (I first called in the 90's). BUT tonight was horrid, and not helpful at all. I wanted to add to my support ticket (since more information is always helpful). Basically the person refused to even look-up my file, etc., etc. -_-; I went through everything though since I know the person was just doing their job. Still 36 minutes & 48 seconds later I just gave-up for the night. I'll call back and try for a different representative maybe tomorrow.
