Jare4equality The vast majority of us come from a place of privilege, myself included. I am a middle class white male, which puts me in a very privileged class. I'm sorry to hear that you think the status quo is good enough and that it can and should not be challenged or changed. There are enough of us out there who disagree with that defeatist attitude and work daily to make changes in the world around us.

Jare4equality And here we go again... why is it that every time anti-Occupy people want to argue or debate they start talking about handouts? I don't take nor do I ask for handouts. Asking the top wage earners in our nation to pay an equal or greater percentage of taxes than the bottom earners is not asking for a handout, it is making sure the right thing is done.

Lisa Musser I work part time at Kroger and I only get to work 12 hours a week and you don't see me bitching about how unfair it is. I know I am lucky to have a job and benefits. I also pay taxes just like everybody else. Like I said before, life is NOT easy!!!! So get OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE!!!!!!!
