It will be intersting to see how the oysters are this summer. In NOLA a lot of places wont serve them from June - August. Here on the cape places serve them year round because out water really doesn't warm up enough to impact the oysters that much. The water temp may be higher than usual thi syear which means the oysters could suck this summer.
