I just finished watching the movie and I think it's a good idea to Pay It Forward, but *very few* do it. It's sad that our society isn't a perfect world many dream about having and some act upon... more

(Not the lame movie.) Pay it forward is a great way to live life; if we can all think and act under this principle, the world could change in amazing ways. But if even one person lives this out every... more

She-Ra @staceyau You're welcome! You seem to be quite a kind soul. Glad I found you on here :)
Trying is half the battle, or was it, try, try, try again? ....Haha. Either way, I think as long as we keep trying our best, then we're doing everything we can, which is awesome! :D -
Stacey @greenfruit You seem like a kind soul yourself! Plus you found Judge John Hodgman entertaining, so you're clearly quite cool and smart. (Ha, ha. I'm really not that shallow, but I love when someone can appreciate sarcasm and irony and a dry wit.)
By the way, I saw your post about kefir earlier was intrigued enough that once I'm finished with my current round of "raw produce and juicing only" diet, I think I might finally try it, as I also love yogurt. I even love plain, unflavored yogurt, but not all brands. I love to make smoothies with plain yogurt blended with organic blueberries and a few other unsweetened frozen fruits. My husband also loves them but always puts some honey or something in to sweeten it, but I can't handle that. I love it with just the yogurt and fruit. Yummy! I've gotten off track...point is that instead of just looking quizically at the kefir at Whole Foods, your earlier post inspired me to give it a try. Thanks for the heads up! -
She-Ra @staceyau Thanks! That podcast is hard not to like! But that's just me. I love sharp, dry wit as well!
That's so cool that you're going to try kefir now! I do hope you like it! I had eyed it at the store many times before I just took the plunge and bought some one day. It has a bit of an effervescent tingle to it, which is unexpected and interesting on your tongue. Supposedly, kefir is known as the champagne of dairy. Who knew?!
How is the juicing and produce going? I admire your efforts. I've thought about doing it but honestly don't think I have the $$ or time right now. But it seems like a really good, healthy thing to do. I do try to be healthy though, eating vegetarian, all natural, and organic as much as possible. But wow, sorry... I'm rambling. Those smoothies sound delish! I need to make that sometime. And if you try kefir, let me know how it goes! (btw, the brand I have is Lifeway Strawberry Banana flavor. I haven't tried any others yet.)
