I have said for YEARRRSSS, there needs to be a law for the WHOLE USA that ALL animals HAS to be registured and fixed OR pay a huge fine and get the animal taken away. Also, there should be licened breeders ....ones who have to go to a class that they pay for to get a license for the type of animal they want to breed. Allow only a certain number of license on animals...ie 50 license for Pitbulls, 200 license for Persians ....this is for the WHOLE USA. When a person applies for an animal, their info is sent in to the main office for that certain state in which they live to register the animal, the buyer has 6mo to a 1yr (depending on animal) to get it fixed. THEN.....ONLY THEN will we not have to post pic's of doomed animals, see dropped animals wondering on the street, see animals running around wild, puppy mills & etc. Until a universal law ...

Went to the Family Pet Expo in Arlington Heights today. Spent a good 4-5 hours browsing, buying, and being entertained. Lots of fun. Always a good time.
