Susan S Strangely enough, at a gas station in Billerica, MA. The owner is Polish and has a Polish deli, imported groceries, and handmade pierogi.

Lori H My mom is Polish and we make them every year for Christmas Eve. Sometimes she would make the prune ones when we were growing up and the only one who ate them was my dad. :) -
L.A. I really miss them here in TN. When I come home, I always make sure to bring some back with me and then I freeze them!!!

Celia Czarnecki 4 cups flour, 2 eggs (1 of the eggs just the yolk), water, and melted butter. Then you choose the filling, usually potatoes, sauerkraut , cheese, etc

Celia Czarnecki Mix all the ingredients, except the filling. Roll out the dough. Cut out circle pieces, we used a cup. Put filling in and fold dough in half, then press them closed. Boil them and if you want fry them.

MotherForquer It's a Vietnamese hot pepper sauce, usually made with Scotch Bonnet peppers. The American version is a little different than the original Asian version.

Brygida Michon Hm sounds yummy, though I've never heard anyone eating pierogi witha Vietnamese sauce:) I must try it next time.
