Getting ready to, actually. The smell of it roasting is mouth-melting. Friends in Norway are eating Lutefisk or Lamb; in Texas they are at BBQs, here in a Caribbean Holiday we are having Roast Suckling Pig. A cream of onion and garlic will be first course with champagne. Salad with white wine after the pork (round red wine). Then dessert. Then fruit and cheese with port. Then coffee with brandy. Then back to the champs!
