Oooo I LUV pumpkin pie! It's my favorite! Especially if I bake it. I use brown sugar, extra cinnamin & pumpkin pie spice in mine.

Pumpkin PIE DUMP CAKE!! It was amazingly wonderful!! Make the pumpkin pie filling as usual, poor it in a 13x9 cake dish, add a stick of melted butter, then pour a box of yellow cake mix on top of it.. Bake at 350 oven for 1 hour..... Add whip topping to serve, ENJOY!!

I am eating pumpkin pie...first time ever that I had a real slice. I like the taste, but not the texture. :( Definitely too gooey. Needs more substance. I'm sticking to muffins and pumpkin pasties.
