7 mile run before work.

I had convinced myself to take a rest day today. But then I ran 3.2 miles anyway. Exhausted, but glad I went.

Went for a run with a friend but ended up doing more walking than running and now all I want is a beer- well guess I can forget having a good calorie burn day, lol!

OK, I need some incentive to work on my speed. Who's running what in August? I need a race in that timeframe.

Again....To run or not to run?

Wasn't my best run ever....on the treadmill, only two miles and way later than I would've liked, but it just felt good to get moving! Need to get back in to a routine, but this heat has thrown me off.

I just had to run a mile in the hot sun. On the upside, my mother is making bacon sandwiches.

42 minutes & 4.5 miles.... not too bad for more of a distance run, but definitely not as good as a month ago...the heat & ice-cream heavy diets need to slow down, it's not even June yet!

Ooooh the guilt! Haven't gone for a run in 5 (maybe 6) days. Smh. #Failure
