Thought i had this scene all plotted out, but once i started writing it, it took a life of its own and went in an entirely new direction!

Writing film noir about a 27 year-old man who tries to cope with his first teaching job in a public high school filled with delinquents. Perfect antihero set-up so far, I think.

More than a story I want to tell, but a movie I'd love to see...

all while outside letting the moron twins run around in the backyard with a shuffled soundtrack.

Exposition in the context of something else. I'll go with that.

2 days straight of silence as I've rattled through my head like Charlie Kaufman pacing back and forth in his apartment, talking to himself.. Working on loglines, loglines and - yep, you guessed it - more loglines. All in the name of a pitch meeting with my Producer in January with some major TV Execs. Keeping my fingers crossed and praying my brain won't fart on me now.
