Team event: when did ski jumping become ski 'flying'?

Vanessa Ski jumping didn't become ski flying; ski flying only takes place at bigger hills (with a K-spot of at least 185 metres) - that's the difference. There aren't that many ski flying competitions in the World Cup; some hills are to be found in Germany (Oberstdorf), Norway (Vikersund) or Slovenia (Planica) for example. -
