Haven't slept in two days because of the endless cycle of back pain (8 titanium rods+disc taken out of lower spine), which tenses muscles, causing anxiety (panic disorder), more tension and agitation , my body finally collapses from exhaustion = sleep eventually ensues!!

This is going to suck for me in the morning!
