a week or 2 ago i had an entire song snare solo on Faliz Navidad for the band xmas concert. i played infront of every band in the school district. its amazing, that rush you get in a solo. all i remember is on the fourth measure, 3rd beat on an eighth note i came in and i kinda blacked out until the song ended. when we finished and the audience clapped, i looked at my friend next to me that played the bass drum. i asked him-""what just happened?"" i dont remember anythin after da!dadaDAdadotdot.its fun, solos. i almost had a panick attack but its fun:)<3
