So the "alleged murderer" is behind bars. His family feels he's safer there. What, afraid "StandYourGroundLaws" are an easy way to set up a murder? Apparently I am not the only one who thinks SO--NYC Mayor Bloomberg is calling on a national state by state repeal. OH's CastleLaw covers home &vehicle. And it has nothing to do with gun ownership! Here come the gun nuts...I own guns & I will shoot in defense. So save it.
