Greatest TV/Movie weapon/device (though it's more of a gadget or universal tool than a weapon. As we all know, Dr. Who abhors violence and wouldn't use a weapon) just behind the light-saber (Star Wars [duh]) and the tri-corder and phaser (Star Trek [duh, again]). But Jacks wrist thing (Torchwood) that can materialize anything is a close 4th. Though maybe the Tri--corder shouldn't count since writers admit it was invented as a device to help move the plot along in the ST series...
