Staples has the worst customer service ever!!!! Got a notice on my door saying they attempted to deliver my shipment today but couldn't because no one was home. I've been home all effing day!!!! I even have a notice on my door saying to deliver it to my mom's apartment next door if there was no answer. They didn't do that either. WTF?! Now I'm not going to be home to accept it tomorrow & after the 3rd attempt they cancel my order. When I called customer service all she'd say is there was nothing she could do. Seriously Staples is about to lose a customer if they can't figure out WTF they're doing.

How old am I? Every time I hear the music for the new Staples commercial, I think it's Wizardry VII, Crusaders of the Dark Savant.

just got an email that the Tempur-Pedic office chairs are on sale. I'll have to hunt down a store that has all 3 models to try out. I love replacing old crap with newer better crap. #AmericanWay
