Amy Fredlund Ah, that feels soo much better! Not sure why, but my left leg has been bothering me all day. A bit of stretching helped so much! I really need to get back in to stretching every day. I always forget and fall out of the habit after a production ends... :/

RiotgrrrlK97 @stephen_thompson2 I do a 3 mile workout everyday... Love to workout! I stretch every time after... Right now I am recovering from a small case of shin splints! :D

Sometimes! I get a good Feeling.....Rubylicious I forgot to tell you to take a cube of ice and just rub it up and down the front of your shins for 5-8mins or as long as you can after you workout. That will get the circulation and blood flowing which speeds up the healing process. -
