Tabrett Bethell is an Australian film, television and theater actress , currently portraying the character Cara in the television series Legend of the Seeker. Prior to her acting career, she worked as a cheerleader for the NRL (National Rugby League) Cronulla Sharks. Bethell trained at Screenwise.

In February 21, 2007, Tabrett Bethell modeled for a Neill Grigg's bridge tribute in Sydney, Australia. She wore a race day fascinator modeled after the Harbour Bridge. In 2009, Tabrett began filming Legend of the Seeker, a television show based on Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series.

She portrays a Mord Sith named Cara. Executive producers Ken Biller and Ned Nalle have announced that Tabrett would return as a series regular in the second season of the show, premiering November 7, 2009. She also is in the upcoming Australian thriller The Clinic, playing Beth and is set for release in 2010.
