God I could go for a good cup of Earl Grey tea right now.

I was out of honey so I borrowed a tip from @simplydenise and mixed a sprinkle of brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Ads just enough sweet and a little kick. Great alternative to bleached sugar.
