We did this in the office once with a guy who kept a little sheep on his desk. The sheep went all over the UK sending postcards from every place he visited. He went to Spain, Germany and Italy before accompanying myself on a tour of Hong Kong, Sydney and a three week tour of New Zealand. Upon my return he was put back on the guys desk along with a new female sheep friend and all his holliday photo's. When the guy came in to work he put the sheep in the drawer of his desk, threw all the rest in the rubbish bin and said not a word.
