I actually scooped it out of the can and onto a platter this time. (But its stay there was very short lived. So yummy).

Watching "The Lost Sharks Of Easter Island" & as it turns out, there are no sharks there any longer b/c the tuna fish are so over-fished by commercial fishing boats, that the ecosystem there has completely collapsed (except for the coral reefs). So very very sad & disconcerting. There has to be a quota on how many fish that one can commercial fishing boat can take. Otherwise, I fear that many other fish as well as the tuna will become extinct.

Tuna Helper is one of the easiest meals to make and 2/3 kids at our home love it. Score.
