Went to the Van Gogh exhibit at the Art Museum today. Had a great time with my sister, bro-in- law, Robin and the folks!

I used to stare at his paintings when I was about 9 years old. He was the first real artist I knew by his work. When I think of art, he comes in mind first.

Hugh fan if his work but I'm trying to remember where he was from. I think he was french?

Went to the Philadelphia Art Museum to see the Van Gogh Exhibit - Van Gogh Up Close! Very cool! Lots of his still life and landscape paintings! Beautiful works of Art!

Stopped in Goodland, KS to see the giant Van Gogh "Sunflowers" replica painting atop it's own giant easel.

A previous commentor mentioned a book of the letters he wrote to his brother- adding it to my must read list!

Just watched "Vincent & the Doctor". The actor portraying Vincent was fantastic!

I missed the picture at auction today! I think I'll get a smaller print and have it framed the way I would like it. (yes, I really wanted it)

I am going to have to go to auction tomorrow for that Irises print!

I can't stop thinking about the Irises print...I really want that!!!

I want to bid on a print on Saturday at Talbot's auction. It's called Irises by Van Gogh. I think its wonderful!

There is something intense & beautiful about Van Gogh's work. It's impossible not to feel something when you look at one of his portraits up close & personal.

Every brush stroke tells a tale, every color he chose, created the mood Vincent was feeling, he was an emotionally connected man to lifes trials and tribulations

Such a tormented life of a fabulous painter.. Vincent is my favorite!
