Took vitamins on a whim yesterday and felt better. Maybe it's what I need to be taking to feel normal. I don't doubt I am severely deficient in multiple levels of essential vitamins. :/

Keitorin Same, I don't go out much so I don't get much sun, and I don't like vegetables and most fruits so I don't get much from that. I've taken vitamins for the most part for the last couple of years and they do seem to help. -
Skye. @Keitorin I am the same way as well. I don't like going outside (have bouts of agoraphobia from time to time) and I don't like vegetables so I don't get what I need from my diet, that's for sure. But I think a regular schedule of vitamins will help me feel better. I feel tired and sick all the time and it lessens seemingly when I take supplements. =) -
Keitorin @MapleFox I'm a big introvert. I'm on the other side of agoraphobia though, I'm claustrophobic. x_x I definitely think you should give vitamins a try. Some can make your stomach hurt sometimes for a few minutes after taking one but the brand I use now don't.

Hopefully my diligence of taking daily vitamins will prevent me from catching whatever virus has infiltrated my household. *stuffs face with oranges and echinacea just in case*

[Alicia] And much yummier! Although, a lot harder to find this time of year (at least where I live). I know that guavas have the highest content but again, not a good time of year. Kiwis are right up there too and I'm going to see if my local natural market has any when I go tonight!
