I'm going to go take a nice walk and then hopefully I will sleep like a baby.

It has been awhile since I took a walk, so I feel much better since I had one today.

Well, it was really windy outside - 26 MPH, with gusts up to 37 - but me, my sis, and my bro braved it anyway. My result: walked for 1 hr 9 mins at .08 MPH, doing .09 of a mile. Burned 11 kcal.

3.2 miles tonight, plus a wander thru the woods. Jogged the 1st .6 mile, and an additional .3 in the middle :)

The clouds started leaking but I had my trusty umbrella, so onward!

Just walked four miles< like I wanted to do while its 77 degrees for good cardio work out, for my new heart and to loose weight, Im back home

Walking around Ellis Boat Harbor.

Took the long way home from the train station today just so I could walk past my favorite nature preserve and appreciate the greenery.
