Really need to get back to the 3+ liters I used to drink. Too much coffee lately...

Getting hydrated for another brisk morning walk.

Feeling so dehydrated. Today seems like a good day to up my water intake.

Finally getting to it! Had 2 26oz jarfuls yesterday. Aiming for more today... (really, it's not difficult to refill the filter pitcher but I seem to be the only 1 capable...)

Loving this new app. My water bottle is 27ozs. Only 18 ozs.for the day to go.

I'm finishing the water bottle I opened yesterday, but put back in the cooler.

I have no idea how many times I've refilled my bottle today, but I know it's a lot. It's hot in here!
