Relitaliano "Always know if the juice is worth the squeeze" The Girl Next door @rachel_pitt I'm going to look him up..thank you very much !! It never ceases to amaze me how people who suffer with pain/panic attacks , etc are the most compassionate people in the world ;-)) I have been trying to adopt mindfulness techniques into my life,, I have soooo many good books out from the library right now on buddhism, meditation, mindfulness, etc!! I love acquiring new knowledge ;) -
Rachel, but my name was Elisa Day @relitaliano he has a great theory on helping to lessen the degree and hopefully cut out panic attacks. He is spot on, it does work! -
Rachel, but my name was Elisa Day @rachel_pitt his theory is to allow it to come, and be fully aware of it, to concentrate on how it feels during, etc so that you can learn not to fear it. Accepting what it is and being comfortable with knowing that it is what it is, is half the problem solved. Anxiety and panic attack avoidance, only serves to feed the fear, we fear the fear which only serves to make it worse. His method allows you to desensitize your self, and eventually release your self from it.

Relitaliano " An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" Mahatma Gandhi @Deedle_Bug It's actually cheaper to buy loose leaf tea..since it is a higher quality leaf (tea bags are made from "trimmings" of whole leaf ..considered second grade) you can rebrew it multiple times without losing quality or beneficial ingredients!! Their are MANY online companies that are very good quality "Teavana" and "MightyLeaf" for example ;-D www.teavana.com/tea-info/loose-leaf-tea-vs-tea-bags -
Danielle Salvatore =) I actually did know that...it makes sense. But for the loose leaf how do you "steep" it? Don't you need a fancy contraption? I'm on my mobile or I would do some research. I also like the portability of teabags. Maybe I will try looseleaf when I use up my stash! -
Relitaliano " An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" Mahatma Gandhi @Deedle_Bug Teavana has a device called teaperfect which is not that expensive $20-30 (get the 32 oz) and brews really good tea, I have iron pots as well( make the best tea, but are expensive $100+)!!
