Marlo Gorelick I've been a long time YELPer and am passionate about people getting what they pay for, customer service, and satisfying expectations. I didn't use FourSquare until recently since Klout is using it as part of their equation---silly, I know. But if you don't stay on top of all the social media trends, sadly you fall behind.
