Besides the accents the music always catches my attention! One of my absolute favorite movies is The Boondock Saints...the original not the sequel.
-
Misti McClure Absolutely!! I love the Boondock Saints,it's definitely in my top 10 all time favorites...it's brilliant! -
Misti McClure Yes the sequel was really bad?! I waited so long to be disappointed :(

There's something about Irish/Scottish films that interest me...perhaps it's their accents?
-
Kevin "Cousin Barnabas" Loria Ecen if they are stereotypes, Like the eye-tie films they are both glimpses awesome cultures... But I'm biased on both counts -
Misti McClure My last name is McClure...I'm Scotch/Irish I just don't know what ratio : ) -
Kevin "Cousin Barnabas" Loria Mostly Eye-tie here, mostly because my Irish half is a mess of Choctaw indian and lord knows what, lol

This show getting canceled is proof that television viewers and execs are stupid.
-
Dani Roe It's not the viewers it's the powers that be trust me! Too many actually good shows have gone dark simply because of Hollywood politics :( not fair to loyal viewers -
Remy D. @dani_roe This is true, and yet, the mere fact that NBC aired only six episodes shows that Nielsen quotas were not met early in the season. Episode three being pulled from the rotation due to "excessive violence" certainly didn't help the programming executives outlook on the possible ad revenue to be generated here. Now, they are surely regretting this action with the online interest that followed. But, the fox is already in the hen house, as it were. Too bad.

Sweet! I was trying to remember the name of this show for the longest and now, thanks to Netflix, I remember where I 1st saw Olivia Wilde and when I realized I had a thing for (dark) Irish men.
-

Lisa Russ-Hiatt @mitch_reaves Oh my gosh, so true! I liked it, but I swear I had nightmares that night about it! LoL I know it was on years ago, but I am still mad there was only one season. So much more story to tell! FX would have been a great home for this show! -
Kevin "Sit down have some plaid" Loria Sometimes it's all about luck :(
