Actually had a couple of the action figures back in the day along with a couple of the fighters.
-
berserker44 I saw MOC Wilma Deering and Tigerman action figures selling for $150 each at a sci-fi convention last year. The Princess Ardala was'nt MOC and it was still priced at $75. -
Mark Lewis would like the money from those old action figures but how much money would I have to spend now to have the fun that I had my friends and those figures back in the day. -
berserker44 Agreed. I was 11 in '77 when Star Wars came out and had all the original action figures and ships, which would be worth a small fortune today, but I would'nt trade all those great days playing with them.

Bought the complete series for $10 awhile back and finally watching. Brings back memories, mainly of Twiki. Buck dancing in the 1st episode is too funny.
-
berserker44 Don't tell my wife that the complete series is so cheap now, I paid nearly $80 for it when it was first released. Worth every penny, though, no matter the cost. -
Brad Roberts @berserker44 lol That's kind of like me buying the first season of Transformers for $60.

Two different actors play "Tigerman" in the Pilot? Never noticed that as a kid..
-
Michael Potter They must've been stunt doubles for each other, I looked for it and couldn't tell. I wonder what happened to him?

On to season 2 of Buck Rogers from Netflix. It is interesting how they went from Earth to the ship without a word of explanation. It's as if season 1 never existed!
-
berserker44 Saw Erin Gray at a convention last year and someone asked this question to her. She said that they got a new executive producer for the second season and he did'nt like the campy feel to the show and wanted to make it more serious sci-fi like Star Trek. -
Paul Ahh, interesting! Thanks for sharing.
