There's something very calming about Derek Jacobi's voice.

Watched the first 3 a while back, might as well finish the the last one. Kind of like Batman if he were broke...and a monk...and in medieval times (not the restaurant although that would be funny)

Does anyone know where I can find the other seasons? Only Season 1 is on Netflix

Watching "The Sanctuary Sparrow" on DVD from library. Great medieval mystery.

Season 1 Episode 1 - Derek Jacobi is delish. Some of the acting's a bit moustache twirly but Sir Jacobi saves it.

Satisfying ending. Derek Jacobi is great as usual. Have to read the books now.

Along with being cool 12th Century mysteries, love the tension between sacred & secular.
