Its not the best Dalek story, and some of the effects are preetty cheesy, but it had the 3rd Doctor & Jo destroying an entire army of Daleks, and one of the earliest appearances of the Supreme Dalek, and along with Frontier in Space it makes a great 4-Disc Box Set Called Dalek War that is PACKED with amazing special features.

Cant wait to see it!

Long awaited - mostly for the the colour restoration of episode three - this story holds up pretty well. I'd had mediocre memories of it, but it looks good. The jungle is awesome, and there are some great set pieces. The Peter Cushing Dalek Supreme is amazing. It's held back by being a bog-standard Terry Nation plot. I sometimes reel at the fact the man ended up writing Genesis. The colour restoration is great and the purple shag carpeted Spiridons are amazing. Not a classic, but well worth a rewatch in all of it's colour glory,

Not the best Dalek serial, but solid. And, we get a "reverse the polarity" line from JP.
