Two Thai food restaurants compete. I really wish that US palettes were not so bland. Would live to eat in some of these original restaurants.

Local restaurants, none cuisines. Italian is up first. I love this show and I am pleasantly surprised that I have had so many of the delicacies they showcase

Now, it has completely changed, but is still very nice to watch. Featuring challenges between Ramsay & friends & a cook-off between 2 groups of chefs from restaurants around the world in a battle for the most votes & happy customers !
