Kevin King This is why this HI wouldn't happen here in the States. Screw me like that and we're going to court! Not saying it can't happen, but home inspectors have responsibility too.

Builders suck and some home inspectors should be shot!

Chris Shouse as a Realtor I have about 5-6 inspectors and all their information and I let the buyers choose their own inspector, but I always go to the inspections with my buyers.
