Chris Shouse @desiree_wolford yes that is expensive...my son lives right outside Edwards Air force base and I may be maybe moving there as I just lost my mom who I had been taking care of for 6 years we always split everything and now I have to sell my house here in Vegas.

Chris Shouse Where are you located? I love Real Estate.....been in it for 12 years and right now is a very challenged time with all of the short sales and foreclosures. What is your market like?

KrystaldawnSS @ChrisShouse I'm in Michigan. We have loads & loads of foreclosures & short sales also. Things are selling very quickly. Huge rental market also. It's turned around a lot. Prices are low so people are jumping.

Chris Shouse @KrystaldawnSS One thing you will find out out being an agent is it costs a lot of money to get in and to maintain your license. The payoff's can be big. Keep in mind a real estate class will only teach you how to pass the test to get your license. I am with a small company but I started out right out of school with a company that offered tons of training and seasoned agents who were willing to help and mentor. After you feel comfortable you can move on to a smaller company that does not take as much of your money.
