Even though this is a Shawn Ryan show, you can see Kurt Sutter all over it. And future guest stars on SOA too. On season two now. Took a bit to get into it, but I'm hooked now.

This show never had one bad or even weak season. Not one. The last two seasons were darker, but it fit in with the series arc. One of the few shows I've cried my eyes out when the last episode aired. Not because sad, sad things happened--they did, and I got teary at certain points during "Family Meeting"--but because the show was over, and though it left a great legacy, with endless enjoyable re-runs, it would no longer be a show-in-progress, a living thing, no new episodes. I could probably teach a class on Shield 101!

Can't get enough. Glad I own the entire series. Rewatching from the beginning and I'm on Season 2 disc 2.

Season 2, Episode 2, Dead Soldiers, when Vic confronts Armadillo at the end of the episode. It's such a powerful scene.
