Adolescent Clark Kent (Tom Welling) of Smallville, Kan., continues his path to superhero status while honing his newfound powers in the eighth season of this long-running, adventure-filled precursor to the Superman mythology. i was watching this, of course, because of the actor. but i prefer superman the movie better although this one was fun too.

Smallville is giving a fresh air to the story of SM. There is some trash in the middle but at most it is very nice.

This is definately in my top 5 most favourite shows, I have been watching since season one and i have never been disappointed. This show has great storylines, awesome action and an absolutely fantastic cast and crew. It is currently at season 9 and is still amazing, all the new little twists make you want more. Keeping my fingers crossed the show gets picked up for a tenth season!!
