Great to see those ladies have the drive and determination to be active lifestyle to fit back in their wedding dresses. Hell It would take me forever after two children and 2 auto accidents/ health issues. Kudos to them.

Kudos to these women who lost weight - a healthy active lifestyle is very important for everyone. I just don't get the "wanting to fit in my wedding dress again". 20 years, 2 kids later & with no extreme weight gain - I can tell you for certain I would not be able to fit into mine. Bodies change & I'm not 22. Weight loss/maintenance and exercise is excellent - why not embrace your body and results that have occurred NOW after the achievement, dedication, and hard work -- Maybe it's just me...
