True Blood is probably the best vampire themed tv show out there!

I was a huge fan of Buffy, Angel, and other supernatural shows but True Blood is the only one that has kept my interest longer than 3 years! The characters are nothing like I've ever seen before (Eric is the hottest character on HBO to date) and the episodes make you want camp out in front of your tv for weeks!

Season one is phenomenal and season two is slow but essential to watch if you want to dig deeper in the lives of Eric, Lafayette, Sam, and Tara. This is a DEFINITE show to get into no matter who you are.

I am obsessed with this show.

Finally a vampire show for adults. Twilight is way to geared towards teens and makes the vamps look soft.

So sad the finale is this week, I've loved this season!

One of the best series to date. Alan Ball is a wonderful director, whos vision is out of this world. Eventhough the series is trailing away from what the books are, I believe its for the best. I enjoy reading the books and being able to watch the series without knowing exactly whats going to happen next. I love how they have added new characters and made characters from the books have more major roles in the series. There's just enough blood, sex, and drama to keep me coming back for more! Not that they need all that...they could just have a show with Eric Northman standing in one spot and I would watch :D What can I say I bleed True Blood :D

Easily the most anticipated show I wait for each week :) I'm already anxious for season four!

It's a great show. Book readers should remember it's BASED on the books and will have variences as Alan Ball has creative control of the show. It's always nice to have a few twists and surprises. :-)

Read all the books. The show is close enough to entertain, but different enough to he it's own thing. Love it!
