I got trapped by the cruel humor and witty remarks that seem abundant in most episodes, even though the plot is a clear straight line Charlie gets to be the eternal bachelor and his brother Alan fails with every relationship he attempts to make work, there is always a new situation that gets twisted to squeeze the jokes right out. The kid that plays Jake is PHENOMENAL!! his delivery seems flawless.
